Ahmed Mehdi Samdani, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has completed his transfer of 1,63,800 shares of the Company to his father Enamuzzaman Chowdhury, another Sponsor/Director of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
